All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: The walk-in cooler containing milk was observed at 42 F. The milk containers' surface temperature was <br />observed at 47 F. Decrease temperature to maintain food items at 41 F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: The water at the restroom hand sink was 94 F. Provide 100 F minimum for proper hand washing. <br />Correct today. <br />----------------------------------------------------- <br />The open-air cooler containing deli meats, cheese, and other PHFs was observed at 54 F. Some of the packaged meats <br />were swelling. Remove and discard all food items currently at 50 F or higher. Discontinue use of this cooler for PHFs until <br />repaired to maintain food items at 41 F or below.
