N. Hand washing Sink: List the locations of the hand wash sinks and describe the items supplied at <br />each sink. (California Health and safety Code 119314 (b) (3)) <br />Sink #1 located in the treatment area — Soap and Paper towels <br />Sink #2 located in the bathroom — Soap and Paper towels <br />O. Aftercare Procedure: Describe the written recommendations and care provided to the client after <br />a body art procedure. List the type of bandages or wrappings provided after a body art <br />procedure. (California Health and safety Code 119303 (4) and 119308 (b)) <br />• Clean the area with small amount of sterile water on a cotton pad 2 — 3 times on the day of the <br />treatment — this will help remove any excess fluids that may appear after the treatment <br />• Use provided Aquaphor on treatment area. You may also use — Coconut Oil or Grape Seed Oil <br />• Do not get your brows directly wet, water, ocean, pool, sweating or any other liquids for a minimum of <br />10 days after treatment <br />• After 10 days you may use gentle soap or non -greasy facial cleanser to keep eyebrows clean <br />• No sunbathing or tanning for 4 weeks. No direct sun exposure <br />• Do not wax or thread a minimum of 14 days after treatment <br />• Do not tint eyebrows minimum of 30 days after treatment <br />• NO Retinals, AHA's, exfoliation treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, botox and any other <br />strong treatments for 6 — 8 weeks after your treatment <br />• Do not use any growth enhancement products such as Latissse, Revitabrow, and Grande Lash 30 days <br />after to treatment — treatment area must be fully healed as growth enhancement products may shift <br />color <br />'�?�Procedure for an Accidental Spill: Describe the clean-up and disinfection procedure taken when <br />there is an accidental spill of sharps. (California Health and safety Code 119309 (a)(b)(c)) <br />Wipe down any contaminated stationary equipment or furniture with disinfectant. Use f s, <br />tongs, or broom to remove broken glass and other items; place in sharps container red bag. <br />Remove towels and re -clean area with disinfectant solution. <br />Q. Trash Receptacles and disposal of contaminated trash: List the type of trash receptacles and <br />their location throughout the body art facility.
