However, mitigation measures are included in this EIR to reduce potentially significant impacts to unknown historical/archaeological resources and human remains that could be encountered during construction of the proposed Project. Implementation of Mitigation Measures CUL-1 and CUL-2 as discussed in Section 4.5.6 would mitigate impacts to cultural resources to be less than significant, and compliance with existing regulations would ensure that any impacts to human remains would be less than significant. In addition, cultural resources that are potentially affected by related or future projects would be subject to the same requirements of the CEQA and the laws and regulations discussed above in Section 4.5.2, Regulatory Setting.
