4 Environmental Analysis <br /> 4.15 Transportation <br /> The Kola Interconnect Battery Energy Storage Project proposed to the west of the Project could <br /> potentially interact with the Project and contribute traffic to the roadway segments defined above in <br /> the geographic scope of the cumulative transportation analysis. However, the construction traffic <br /> associated with the Project would not increase VMT or daily trips beyond the roadways' current <br /> operating capacities, such that the Project's incremental contribution to cumulative transportation <br /> impact would not be cumulatively considerable. <br /> Operational traffic associated with the Project would not substantially increase daily trips on any <br /> roadway segment.
