Building materials will consist of stucco, <br /> mission tile roofing,and dark bronze anodized windows and door fixtures. <br /> Access to the site will be from future Stockyard Drive,which intersects with Central Parkway(currently under construction). Central <br /> Parkway and Stockyard Drive will be signalized to facilitate vehicular turn movements and pedestrian crossings. Utilities(water,sewer, <br /> storm drainage,gas,and fiberoptics communication)will be provided to the site from Stockyard Drive. <br /> Site development includes parking and drive areas for typical vehicular access and fire truck flow around the building and through the <br /> apparatus bay. The site will be fenced with a T-high metal picket fence and a sliding horizontal security gate at the entry using fencing <br /> style and design as recommended by the MH Design Manuals.The site plan provides 3 public parking spaces outside the secured fence <br /> and 10 spaces inside the secured fencing for fire personnel. Other site improvements include a monument sign at the project frontage, <br /> site lighting,trash enclosure with roof,mechanical equipment enclosure for a generator and above-ground fuel tank and trellis and patio <br /> area for firefighters use. <br /> The standby generator is a 125-kilowatt,No.2 diesel facility(Kohler Model 125REOZ54),constructed of durable steel,sound attenuating <br /> housing with quiet operation of 70 dB average at 23 feet.
