Arroyo : <br /> The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District ( District) has reviewed the <br /> Administrative Use Permit PA - 2300191 ( UP ) from the County of San Joaquin ( County ) <br /> for the Valley Truck Sales project . Per the UP , the project consists of a truck sales <br /> facility with a maximum of 5 trucks , conversion of a single - family residence to an office , <br /> and construction of a new parking lot ( Project ) . The Project is located at 7400 E EI <br /> Dorado Street , French Camp , CA . <br /> The District offers the following comments at this time regarding the Project : <br /> i ) Project Related Emissions <br /> At the federal level under the National Ambient Air Quality Standards ( NAAQS ) , the <br /> District is designated as extreme nonattainment for the 8 - hour ozone standards and <br /> serious nonattainment for the particulate matter less than 2 . 5 microns in size <br /> ( PM2 . 5 ) standards .
