Central Ave. Fremont, CA 94538 Tracy, CA 95376 PROJECT DESCRIPTION:An Administrative Use Permit application to fill in and grade a reclaimed, closed rock quarry in 2 phases over 5 years for future agricultural use (almond orchard). Phase 1 will consist of 1/3 of total fill, 8 storage containers for temporary agriculture storage use (not being reviewed with this project), 1 temporary storage container to be used as an office, and 1 temporary restroom. All temporary structures will only be used while the project commences and removed at the conclusion of the project. Phase 2 will consist of the remaining 2/3 of fill. Total fill quantity at the conclusion of the project will be approximately 654,321 cubic yards of dirt. Estimated daily truck trips for the project is 28, depending on availability of fill material. Fill material will consist of clean, imported material meeting the requirements of the State of California Department of Toxic Substances Control and complying with the California Environmental Screening Levels for excavated materials. Access to the site is from the eastside of S. Tracy Blvd. The project site is not under Williamson Act. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is OS/RC (Resource Conservation). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the east side of S.
