All equipment shall meet applicable ANSI standards (114301(d)) <br />Potable water tanks must have an air vent overflow that prevents flooding of interior of MFPU. <br />Vent must terminate in a downward direction and covered with 16 mesh / inch screen. (114213) <br />Potable water shall be available for handwashing, exclusively at least 5 gallons, and in addition, <br />at least 25 gallons for food preparation and warewashing (total at least 30 gallons). (114217 <br />(bc)) <br />Sinks warewash, are stainless steel with mixed hot/cold faucets and swivel spigot capable of <br />serving all compartments. (114313 (c)) <br />Provide a 10 BC-rated fire extinguisher. (114323 (c)) <br />The exhaust hood must be constructed to meet the requirements of the California Mechanical <br />Code [CRFC §114149.1]. <br />T Floor and wall junction shall be coved with 3/8" minimum radius coving, and floor surface extends <br />up at least 4 inches (114301(g) <br />8.
