BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION R-24-118 Resolution Approving Major Subdivision No. PA-2300148 - - - - - - - - - - - - - WHEREAS, on March 21, 2024, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission considered this matter; and WHEREAS, the Project includes General Plan Amendment No. PA-2300143, Mountain House Master Plan Amendment No. PA-2300145, Mountain House Specific Plan 1, II, and III Amendments No. PA-2300147, Zone Reclassification No. PA-2300144, and Three (3) Major Subdivisions Nos. PA-2300148, PA-2300149, and PA-2300150; and WHEREAS, prior to the adoption of the Major Subdivisions, the Board of Supervisors adopted a Resolution to Adopt the Addendum to the College Park at Mountain House Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Project in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act(SCH#200310274); and WHEREAS, prior to adoption of the Major Subdivisions, the Board of Supervisors reviewed and considered the information contained in the Addendum to the College Park at Mountain House EIR(SCH#200310274) and finds that although the proposed project could have a significant effect on the environment, required mitigation measures will be implemented to reduce these effects to a less than significant level. Mitigation measures are incorporated and included as part of the Conditions of Approval for the project; and WHEREAS, proper notice of this public hearing was given in all respects as required by law including the publishing of a legal notice of the hearing in the Stockton Record on or about May 11, 2024, and mailed out to property owners located within a 300-foot radius from the Project Area on or about May 8, 2024; and WHEREAS, on May 21, 2024, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of said hearing having been given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that, MAJOR SUBDIVISION NO. PA-2300148 is hereby approved, based on the ability to make the Findings for Major Subdivision as provided by Attachment "A", with said Tentative Map dated March of 2023 by MacKay& Somps Civil Engineering as provided by Exhibit "A" and all Conditions of Approval as provided by Exhibit `B", attached hereto and made part of this Resolution.
