A wall maintenance easement and public utility easement for the retaining wall, <br /> community wall and drainage swale between this project and Grant Line Village shall be <br /> dedicated to MHCSD on the final map. <br /> 4. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Contact: Christopher Heylin(209)468-3000) <br /> a. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is <br /> due and payable at the time of the building permit application. <br /> 5. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT (Contact: Jeffrey Wong [209] 468-3420) <br /> a. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface <br /> contamination report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface <br /> contamination caused by past or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of <br /> non-point source of hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, fuel <br /> tanks, septic systems or chemical storage areas. A site assessment prepared in accordance <br /> with ASTM standards to assess the presence of any fuel, pesticide or chemical residue on <br /> or under the soil that is listed on the State or Federal list of toxic materials. The report <br /> shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of a final <br /> map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-905.12 and 9-905.12M). <br /> b. All existing wells and septic systems to be abandoned shall be destroyed under permit <br /> and inspection by the EDH (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & <br /> 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Written confirmation is required from the Mountain House Community Services <br /> District (MHCSD) that the improvements have been constructed or financial <br /> arrangements have been made for any improvements for public sewer required by the <br /> agency. In addition, written confirmation from MHCSD that the agency has or will have <br /> the sewer capacity to serve the development is also required (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> d. The applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water providers that <br /> improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any <br /> improvements required by the agency and that the agency has or will have the capacity to <br /> serve the proposed development said written confirmation shall be submitted prior to the <br /> issuance of a building permit (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1120.2). <br /> e. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> 6.
