Transfer/Processing Facility Inspection Report (53) <br /> Central Valley Waste Services (39-AA-0017) <br /> 2/23/2024 <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Moderate litter observed near the perimeter fence west of the MRF. Operator is to pick up <br /> litter on a daily basis. <br /> 2. Moderate odor observed at two different locations of the site. Minimization of odor was <br /> discussed with the operator. <br /> 3. An additional bait station was added next to the transfer station. Bait stations observed <br /> around the perimeter of the transfer station. <br /> 4. Operator emails records. Records indicate the facility is meeting standards. <br /> 5. The 4th Quarter SB1383 measurements were not provided to the LEP.. The report is due <br /> within 30 days of the end of the monitoring period. <br /> 6. Proper handling and disposal of sharps waste was discussed with operator.
