14 CCR 17408.6 - Maintenance Program <br />Continued Area of Concern <br />The MRF, next to the baler, has a depression in the floor that fills with liquid from the <br />process of baling plastic bottles. <br />A.) All aspects of the operation or facility shall be maintained in a state of good repair. <br />The operator shall implement a preventative maintenance program to monitor and <br />promptly repair or correct deteriorated or defective conditions. <br />B.) Permanently repair the depression. <br />14 CCR 17407.3 - Drainage Control <br />Various areas of ponding were observed throughout the facility. <br />A.) Drainage at all operations and facilities shall be controlled to: <br />- minimize the creation of contact water <br />-protect the integrity of the roads and structures <br />-prevent safety hazards and interference with operations <br />B.) Please implement adequate control measures to mitigate the amount of ponding <br />throughout the facility. <br />Inspection Report Comments <br />A routine monthly inspection was conducted on 12/19/24 and the following was noted: <br /> <br />Notes <br /> <br />1. Operator emails records. Please assure that all necessary data sheets are being completed <br />on the days each individual facility is open. <br />2. Vegetation was low throughout the facility <br />3. Site personnel were observed wearing proper PPEs <br />4.
