Hewitt Road <br />Linden, CA 95236 <br />Activity: Solid Waste Disposal Site <br />Operational Status: Closed Regulatory Status: Pre -regulations <br />Land Owners(s): <br />Chr stine Zador <br />The above facility was inspected for compliance with applicable sections of Division 30 of the <br />Public Resources Code (PRC) and Title 14 and Title 27, California Code of Regulations <br />(CCR). <br />Violations <br />27 CCR 20750 - Site Maintenance <br />Glass waste was observed scattered across the old dumpsite. In other areas of the <br />site burrows without exposed waste were noted. Fire lanes were found to be covered <br />witr a mixture of dirt and various types of debris, including bricks, concrete, plastic, <br />etc... A concrete pipe was also observed within a pile of dirt near the eastern fence. <br />Bullet shells and three piles of material were observed near the entrance of the <br />dumpsite. Continuation of violation, operator is working on correcting the previous <br />violations. If the violations are not corrected by the next quarterly inspection then <br />further enforcement may occur.
