The odor and fly population was minimal. Fly traps were observed throughout the facility. <br /> 2. Processing area was well defined. Separation observed between unscreened and screened green waste piles. <br /> 3. Organic material undergoing composting was managed well. Each row was identified with a number. <br /> 4. The temperature and turning records were reviewed and found to be completed correctly. <br /> 5. Sample results for finished product were provided and were in compliance with SMS. <br /> 6. All other records were available for review. <br /> 7. Water truck was on site at time of inspection. <br /> 8. No track-out was observed on Austin Rd. <br /> 9. The temperature range of the green waste and windrows was 78 F to 114 F and 130 F and 154 F respectively. The <br /> temperature range of the ground material was 138 F to 155 F. The temperature range of the finished compost and <br /> finished product was 130 F to 144 F and 110 F to 133 F respectively. <br /> 10.
