The transfer station facility shall maintain and keep all waste piles under 12 feet in height. Solid Waste Facility <br /> Permit, 39-AA-0020, § 17(q) <br /> b. The permit shall contain all terms and conditions which the enforcement agency determines to be appropriate <br /> for the operation of the solid waste facility. The operator shall comply with all terms and conditions of the permit. <br /> PRC §44014(b) <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Conducted a monthly inspection on this date and noted the following. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Waste in transfer station was wood pallets and ground wood derived from the wood pallets. <br /> 2. The peak of the waste in the transfer station was measured at about 15 feet. The facility permit restricts the height of <br /> waste in the facility to 12 feet in height. <br /> 3. Retaining wall and tipping-floor appeared to be serviceable. <br /> 4.
