Easter <br /> THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF DIVISION 30 OF PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE(PRC)AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS(CCR) <br /> X I No Violations or Areas of Concern <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Conducted a monthly inspection on this dated and noted the following: <br /> The 14 CCR § 17867(a)(9) area of concern cited for a high temperature measured in static pile is cleared. The operator <br /> has removed the pile in question. Three of the five static piles observed in the previous inspection have been removed. <br /> Temperatures measured from random areas in the remaining two static piles ranged from 105°F to 137°F. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Track-out from the facility was light to moderate. <br /> 2. Odors were normal. <br /> 3. Fly populations were light. <br /> 4. The average daily tonnage of incoming green waste for the period of July 1, 2020 to July 16, 2020 was 404 tons per <br /> day. The range was from 312 tons per day to 686 tons per day on days that green waste was received. The median <br /> was 375 tons per day. <br /> 5. The temperatures recorded in the Incoming Green Waste Piles Log ranged from 96°F to 108°F. <br /> 6. The Temperatures recorded in the Windrow Temperature Log ranged from 139°F to 1620F for the 44 windrows <br /> logged. <br /> 7. The following temperatures ranges measured during the inspection. Incoming green waste ranged from 840F to <br /> 110°F. Ground green waste ranged from 105°F to 1377. Windrows ranged from 148°F to 165°F. Finished compost <br /> ranged from 114°F to 134°F. Medium fraction overs ranged from 72°F to 86°F. Finished product ranged from 90OF to <br /> 116°F. <br /> CalRecycle Solid Waste Information System(SWIS) 1 of 1 <br />
