Box 93 <br /> Tracy, CA 95378 <br /> Site Location <br /> 18221.6b) facility specifications or plans, to include: a site location map, a <br /> site map, and identification of adjacent land uses and distances to <br /> residences or structures that are nearby and are within 1000 feet of the <br /> facility property line <br /> Site Location <br /> The Tracy MRF site is located about 4 miles south of the City of Tracy in the <br /> unincorporated area of San Joaquin County. The site, identified as APNs 253-130-19 <br /> and 253-130-26, is within the eastern half of Section 16, Township 3 South, Range 5 <br /> East, M.D.B.M., is approximately 51.7 acres in size and is located on the west side of <br /> MacArthur Drive south of Linne Road (see Figure 1). Access to the site is via <br /> MacArthur Drive. The majority of the site consists of a large pit, approximately 30 to <br /> 40 feet deep, that was previously used for gravel mining operations. The site address <br /> is 30703 South MacArthur Drive, Tracy, CA. The gravel pit presently contains no <br /> structures or trees, and is comprised exclusively of exposed silty sand to silty gravel <br /> and naturally occurring grassland vegetation. Primary routes of delivery to the site <br /> include: MacArthur Drive, Linne Road, Corral Hollow Road, and Tracy Boulevard. <br /> Regional access to the facility is provided by Highways 5 and 580. <br /> 5 <br />
