MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377 <br /> directly into transfer trailers separately or with green waste, or co-collected organics, <br /> for delivery to a permitted composting facility including at onsite operations. <br /> Co-collected organics is green waste which includes food material from a co- <br /> collected residential and commercial green waste and food material program and is <br /> delivered to the composting operations or to the MRF building, or another onsite <br /> building, for blending with food material prior to delivery to a composting facility, <br /> including onsite operations. <br /> C&D Debris <br /> Mixed "Construction and Demolition Wastes" include the waste building materials, <br /> packaging and rubble resulting from construction, remodeling, repair and demolition <br /> operations on pavements, houses, commercial buildings and other structures. C&D <br /> debris is handled at the Transfer Facility upon receipt. <br /> Commingled Recyclables at the Material Recovery Facility <br /> Commingled recyclables include residentially generated and commercial materials <br /> including paper, cardboard, old newspaper, cans, bottles, tins and still cans, plastic <br /> containers, all types of paper fibers, many types of plastic materials, with varying <br /> degrees of residual inert dry materials that are non-recyclable. Commingled <br /> recyclables are processed at the Material Recovery Facility prior to transfer of <br /> commodities to markets and contaminants to the landfill. <br /> 23 <br />
