Transfer/Processing Report <br /> Tracy Materia/Recovery& Transfer Facility <br /> 30703 S. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377 <br /> will monitor and maintain pile construction to prevent potential hazards due to <br /> unstable or poorly configured piles. <br /> Roads <br /> All on-site roads and driveways have been designed and maintained to minimize <br /> the generation of dust and tracking of soil onto adjacent public roads since the roads <br /> are paved and swept routinely. The roads shall be kept in safe condition and <br /> maintained to allow vehicles utilizing the facility to have reasonable all-weather <br /> access to the site. <br /> All site maneuvering and loading/unloading areas are paved, with asphalt or <br /> concrete aprons around the drainage facilities. <br /> Sanitary Facilities <br /> Tracy maintains all sanitary and hand-washing facilities in a reasonably clean and <br /> adequately supplied condition. Employee restroom facilities and hand washing <br /> facilities are available in the MRF building, Maintenance building, and the <br /> Administration office. <br /> Scavenging and Salvaging <br /> Operations at the Tracy Material Recovery & Transfer Facility meet the following <br /> requirements: <br /> Scavenging: Scavenging by employees or other users of the facility is expressly <br /> prohibited. The Operations Manager will ensure that scavenging does not occur. <br /> Salvaging of Materials: Salvaging of materials will not occur at the facility other than <br /> in those material recovery activities described within this TPR. <br /> Signs <br /> There are easily visible signs posted at the public entrance of the Facility. An <br /> example of signage with general facility information is below. Additionally, easily <br /> visible signs identify acceptable materials, unacceptable materials and disposal <br /> fees. <br /> 33 <br />
