"NO <br /> TRESPASSING" and "KEEP OUT AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY" signs were observed <br /> posted along the outside of the fence. <br /> 3. Animal burrow holes were observed on site. Repair burrows with clean soil. <br /> 4. There was no evidence of unauthorized access or dumping. <br /> 5.
