2. Site was secure to prevent any unauthorized access from people or vehicles. "NO <br />TRESPASSING" and "KEEP OUT AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY" signs were observed <br />posted along the outside of the fence. <br />3. Animal burrow holes were observed on site. Repair burrows with clean soil. <br />4. There was no evidence of unauthorized access or dumping. <br />5.
