Records indicate that the windrows have reached temperatures of 131 F or higher for 15 <br /> days or more between 170ft and 220ft. Temperatures from November 5, 2024 - March 7, 2025 <br /> ranged from 96 F - 134 F. <br /> 2. Operator noted the windrows were turned that morning. <br /> 3. There are currently 275,747 birds being housed at the site. <br /> 4. Temperature of the wood shavings pile be stored on site for use was logged at 94.3 F. <br /> 5. Records for outgoing weights of compost were not being tracked on the compost logs. <br /> Operator sent receipts of outgoing compost. Please maintain outgoing weights of compost of <br /> the compost logs for future review. <br /> 6. Compost log headings were not labelled properly. Manure tons and Wood shaving tons do <br /> not accurately reflect the unit of measurement being recorded (Pounds for wood shavings and <br /> containers for chicken manure). Please correct the compost logs to accurately reflect the unit <br /> of measurements that are being used to track the incoming materials used for making <br /> compost. <br /> 7.
