Operator mentioned he will <br /> have staff measure the temperatures prior to turning on the composting machine. Records <br /> indicated there were no changes to the turning schedule. <br /> 2. Per operator, there are approximately 263,400 birds on site. <br /> 3. The composting machine was not running at the time of the inspection. <br /> 4. A lab analysis report was not provided to the EHD. Operator is to submit a lab report to the <br /> EHD prior to selling any of the product on site. <br /> 5. The finished product that was on site during the last inspection was reprocessed and was <br /> not sold, according to the operator. <br /> 6.
