The previous Area of Concern for Pathogen Concentrations & Reduction Methods has been <br /> removed. Operator is working on the temperatures. There have been numerous days the <br /> temperature of the active compost has been at or above 131 OF. Operator has purchased a <br /> new digital thermometer to accurately record temperatures. <br /> 2. Operator is to provide EHD with a lab analysis report on or before December 31, 2024. <br /> 3. The composting machine used for North House — South row is broken. Operator is in the <br /> process of having the machine repaired. All compost material previously in the North House — <br /> South row will go through the composting process once the machine is fixed. Currently, the <br /> material is piled within the house. <br /> 4. There was no final compost on site, during the inspection. <br /> 5.
