x 21190 - Postclosure Land Use <br /> Comments: 21800 Manteca Road, Manteca, CA. Owner Dennis & Helen De Kidos: <br /> 1. Several trailers onsite that appear to be occupied. <br /> 2. An illegal structure has been erected near the property entrance. <br /> 3. Several animals including horses, goats, chickens, and roosters were observed onsite. <br /> a. Failure to return to compliance the next quarterly inspection may result in a charged re-inspection billed at the <br /> EA's hourly rate of$152 per hour. <br /> b. All proposed postclosure land uses, other than non-irrigated open space, on sites implementing closure or on <br /> closed sites shall be submitted to the EA, RWQCB, local air district and local land use agency. The EA shall <br /> review and approve proposed postclosure land uses if the project involves structures within 1,000 feet of the <br /> disposal area, structures on top of waste, modification of the low permeability layer, or irrigation over waste. 27 <br /> CCR § 21190 (c) <br /> c. Residing on the disposal site is not an approved postclosure land use. Site is not accessible due to locked perimeter gate and fencing. <br /> 2. Vegetation remain low in most areas except around inoperable vehicles. <br /> 3.
