Continuation of violation . <br /> According to the owner this violation will be addressed , and owner will submit proof of <br /> corrections . <br /> 1 . Make the necessary repairs to fence to provide site security . <br /> 2 . A follow up inspection to occur within 30 days to verify corrections have been <br /> made . <br /> 3 . If this violation is not corrected , then further enforcement action may result . <br /> No Areas of Concern <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> A quarterly inspection was conducted on this date and the following was noted : <br /> Notes : <br /> 23021 S . Santa Fe Rd . , Escalon . Owner/operator-Afzal : <br /> 1 . The property owner was onsite at the time of inspection and provided access to the <br /> property . <br /> 2 . Owner should notify the EHD prior to any site activities . Owner should obtain grading <br /> permit before any grading activities . <br /> 3 . If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses ( PCLU ) for <br /> this site , please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto . <br /> Pursuant to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR , Section 21190 , the PCLU Plan shall be <br /> submitted to the LEA , the Regional Water Quality Control Board ( RWQCB ) , the local air <br /> district and local land use agency for review and approval prior to commencing any <br /> construction or pre -construction activities for such PCLU . <br /> 4 .
