<br /> provide an effective bactericidal rinse (section 30855) . All drinking utensils , ice buckets, shelves, sinks , dishwashing
<br /> machines, and other related equipment shall be : 1 ) Constructed of non-toxic materials, 2) Constructed , installed , and
<br /> maintained as to be readily cleanable , and 3 Kept clean and in good repair section 30857) .
