Dishwashing machines shall be designed, installed and operated to thoroughly clean and <br />provide an effective bactericidal rinse (section 30855), All drinking utensils, ice buckets, shelves, sinks, dishwashing <br />machines, and other related equipment shall be: 1) Constructed of non-toxic materials, 2) Constructed, installed, and <br />maintained as to be readily cleanable, and 3 Kept clean and in good repair section 30857). <br />T25 <br />Every part of every bed, including mattress, sheets, blankets, and bedding shall be kept in a clean, dry and sanitary <br />8.
