The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for WILD ROSE VINEYARDS as of December04, 2023. <br /> Open violations from October 03, 2023 inspection <br /> Violation#601 -Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days (90 days acute/extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site without an accumulation start date. <br /> The facility has not disposed of any hazardous waste since 09/10/2021 (used oil). <br /> -one blue approximately 55 gallon metal drum labeled "waste oil' <br /> -one green approximately 30 gallon metal drum labeled "waste oil filters" <br /> -one black approximately 55 gallon drum of oily absorbent <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #605-Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site without hazardous waste labels. The <br /> containers were: <br /> -one blue approximately 55 gallon metal drum labeled "waste oil' <br /> -one green approximately 30 gallon metal drum labeled "waste oil filters" <br /> -one black approximately 55 gallon drum of oily absorbent <br /> -one 5 gallon bucket of waste oil near the compressor <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
