The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for WILD ROSE VINEYARDS as of December04 , 2023 . <br /> Open violations from October 03 , 2023 inspection <br /> Violation #601 - Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days (90 days acute / extremely) . <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on -site without an accumulation start date. <br /> The facility has not disposed of any hazardous waste since 09/ 10/2021 ( used oil) . <br /> -one blue approximately 55 gallon metal drum labeled "waste oil ' <br /> -one green approximately 30 gallon metal drum labeled "waste oil filters" <br /> -one black approximately 55 gallon drum of oily absorbent <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262 . 34 . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations . Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ( EHD ) within 30 days . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) . <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #605 - Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste . <br /> OBSERVATION Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site without hazardous waste labels . The <br /> containers were : <br /> -one blue approximately 55 gallon metal drum labeled "waste oil' <br /> -one green approximately 30 gallon metal drum labeled "waste oil filters" <br /> -one black approximately 55 gallon drum of oily absorbent <br /> -one 5 gallon bucket of waste oil near the compressor <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information : the <br /> words " Hazardous Waste" , name and address of generator, hazardous properties , physical state , composition <br /> (contents) , accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste .
