CERS indicates the content is diesel, <br /> however, manager Rajesh Pratap stated that the content was changed to biodiesel B20 approximately in <br /> January/February 2023. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The tank form was updated at the time of the inspection. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 104 CCR 2632(d)(1), 2634(d)Failure to submit a complete and accurate UST Monitoring Plan. <br /> OBSERVATION: The monitoring plan is not current. The first and second persons listed as having responsibility are <br /> outdated.
