A person shall not perform body art without a valid <br /> registration and a permitted facility. Practitioner is to immediately pay the required permit fee and provide evidence of payment <br /> to the EHD. <br /> Correct all violations and provide evidence of correction to the EHD <br /> bV February 24, 2026. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.
