All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. <br />As per manager, she is aware of the complaint and corrective measures were taken. <br />( A little piece of plastic from the salt shaker had fallen on the beef patty, went unnoticed, during cooking process and served <br />to customer). <br />During my inspection, I don't see any broken glasses at the cooking and preping areas. All light boxes covers at these areas, <br />are intact. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
