The inspector will provide <br />a complete report to the facility operator within the next few weeks. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report. <br />**Note: <br />- Facility had a 300 gallons Aboveground Storage tank is empty and did not a sign with the wording "empty" and <br />date. This was corrected on site by Sandra Mompen, owner. <br />- Observed a 300 gallons tank containing used oil located in the back of the shop without proper labeling. <br />Missing hazardous waste properties and physical state check off.
