The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for DHALIWAL BROS TRUCKING INC as of December 21, 2023. <br /> Open violations from November 09, 2023 inspection <br /> Violation#5-Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> OBSERVATION#1: 110 gallons of gear oil, 110 gallons of transmission oil, 60 gallons of antifreeze, 6001b of metal <br /> oil filters, 5001b of paper oil filters, 110 gallons of used antifreeze, and 55 gallons of electrolyte for used batteries <br /> were found on site that have not been reported to CERS. <br /> OBSERVATION#2:The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for used lubricating oils were not complete. The max <br /> daily amount listed for used lubricating oils is 250 gallons but 500 gallons of used lubricating oil was found on site at <br /> the time of inspection. Update the max daily amount of used lubricating oil to 500 gallons. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE#1 :Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE#2 :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as <br /> part of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#6-Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The site map is missing the locations of the gear oil,transmission oil, <br /> antifreeze, metal oil filters, paper oil filters, used antifreeze, and used batteries. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
