Septic Repair Permit History in the Vicinity <br /> Based on the EHD file review permits, septic repairs in the vicinity appear to be for the <br /> addition of leach lines. Copies of selected septic permits can be found in Appendix C of <br /> this report. <br /> 1.3.7. Expected On-Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage <br /> Commercial Land Use <br /> According to Mr. Alegre, the proposed commercial trucking facility parking will be <br /> occupied six to seven days per week year round, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (10 hours). <br /> Mr. Alegre indicated 20 employees will be on site during a single shift per day. Based on <br /> the review of the OWTS Manual, the flowrate for the proposed commercial facility is 15- <br /> gallons per 8-hour day, similar to an industrial building with no food cafeteria.
