(Stockton, CA) <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. In the hazardous <br />waste storage area, three 55 gallon steel drums containing paint overspray waste were missing accumulation start <br />dates. In the paint mixing area, one 55 gallon steel drum containing paint overspray waste was missing the <br />accumulation start date. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br />words “Hazardous Waste”, name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br />(contents), accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by the correct dates being added. No <br />further action is required to correct this violation. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted a Hazardous Waste inspection. There was 1 violation observed during the inspection. The violation <br />was corrected on site. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($162). Matt Gosselin at <matt.gosselin@donaldson.com>. <br />The facility generated 8.2 tons of hazardous waste in 2022 and will be moved to a lower permit category.
