Their phone number is 916-255-2501. <br />E r ; <br />2. Passthrough window service openings: ) 2 <br />Shall be no more than 216 square inches and no less than 18 inches apart. <br />Shall be covered with solid material or screen. If screen is used it must be at least 16- <br />mesh per inch. (CRFC Section 114259.2) <br />3. Floors shall be constructed of approved materials and shall be impervious, smooth, easily <br />tkcleanable, and provide employee safety from slipping. The floor/wall juncture shall be <br />coved with a minimum 3/8 inch radius and the floor surface shall extend up the wall at <br />least four inches. (Vinyl rubber top-set base is not acceptable material). Equipment shall <br />be sealed to the floor or raised 6 inches off the floor by means of easily cleanable legs or <br />feet. (CRFC Section 114301) <br />4. Walls and ceilings shall be constructed so surfaces are impervious, smooth and <br />cleanable. (CRFC Section 114301) <br />5. The handwashing and food preparation sinks shall be separated from the warewashing <br />sink or food preparation / storage areas by a metal splash guard, if separation is less <br />than twenty-four (24) inches. Splash guard shall be at least six (6) inches in height from <br />back edge to front edge [CRFC §113953]. <br />6 Light bulbs and tubes shall be covered and completely enclosed in plastic safety shields <br />or the equivalent.
