Clean vents to prevent the <br /> contamination of food by falling debris. Correct today. (REPEAT) <br /> The cooling fan cover inside the walk-in cooler had dust accumulation. Maintain fan covers clean to protect stored food <br /> items from contamination from fallen debris.
