c. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/ <br /> Nitrate Loading Study findings(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-605.010). <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-601.010(b)). <br /> e.
