Update to the changes made between the five year permit review and the <br />permit revision - the tonnage, vehicles, opening time, etc. <br /> <br />2.1 Waste Types Accepted - explicitly list large dead animals. Add language similar <br />to the Foothill LF JTD that states "Large dead animals (with prior permission from San <br />Joaquin County EHD)". <br /> <br />5.6.2 Landfill Gas Collection - section indicates flare "will be" installed. Change to "is" <br />installed <br /> <br />6.1.2 Record Keeping - add load check records for the landfill and recycling center. <br />Add SB-1383 quarterly measurements. Add inbound and outbound green waste and <br />wood waste tons. Add monthly retail sale green waste total. Add periodic green <br />waste metals, pathogens and contaminants lab results. Add green and wood waste <br />temperature monitoring logs. <br /> <br />6.2.2 Minimum Staffing - Will there be an increase in minimum staffing due to tonnage <br />and vehicle limit increase?
