If we <br />don’t need the 30 day notice period, we would do it sooner. 5:30-7:00 is long, but <br />workable. <br /> <br />We can do the posting on site and letter notification to the adjacent property owners. I <br />already have the list that we developed for notification of the CEQA document. I will have <br />to check that we meet the 1000 foot but that is easily done by GIS. You’ll <br />need to prepare and present a presentation of the North County changes at this <br />meeting. We’d also like your department to send the notice (after it’s been finalized <br />by the EHD) to everyone within 1000 feet of North County. We also request that the <br />notice is posted at the entrance to North County, maybe at the scale house facing <br />customers. The EHD will send the notice to the local State Assembly Member and <br />Senator at least 10 days prior to the meeting. We’ll also post it on our website and <br />print it in the local paper (Either Stockton Record or probably better will be Lodi News- <br />Sentinel). <br /> <br />We ask you to provide a date and time for the meeting which must be within 60 days <br />of the EHD approval of the application which will probably be within the next 10 days. <br /> It can be online as a Teams meeting or in-person at North County. <br /> <br />Send me a few proposed dates and times and I will consult with Natalia.
