The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />(RWQCB) has yet to approve the plan and cost estimate. The plan and cost estimate <br />will be considered formally approved when the RWQCB approves them and the <br />financial assurance mechanisms are in compliance with the requirements. <br /> <br />Please note that it is the operator’s obligation to submit documents that are in <br />compliance with the aforementioned requirements. CalRecycle staff’s determination <br />that the documents meet these requirements is not intended nor should be construed to <br />preclude CalRecycle from seeking revisions to the documents to the extent it is <br />subsequently determined that any part thereof is not in compliance. <br /> <br />
