Yes, please contact OES and report the spill. Secondly, spills of this nature require the Discharger <br /> to excavate the affected soil and sample the soil beneath the spill. Please get in the ditch and clean out. Analyze the soil <br /> per the leachate requirements in the WDRs. Submit the soil to your certified lab and when you get the results back, <br /> please prepare a brief report describing the spill area, volume of soil removed, number of samples collected, and <br /> results. I will assume once the results are back that the soil can be disposed of at the landfill. This should be completed <br /> I <br />
