Fly population on site was light. Fly traps are located throughout the site. <br /> 2.) Odors on site were light and normal. <br /> 3.) Due to windy conditions, facility had halted operations. <br /> 4.)All records were available for review. <br /> 5.)Track-out onto Austin Road was very light. <br /> 6.)Temperature of green waste was 74F. Temperature range of ground waste was between 96F and 126F. <br /> Temperature range of new windrows was between 106F and 122F. Temperature range of finished compost was <br /> between 104F and 140F.
