Fly population on site was light. Fly traps are located throughout the site. <br /> 2.)Odors on site were light and normal. <br /> 3.)Water truck was on site. <br /> 4.)All records were available for review. <br /> 5.)Track-out onto Austin Road was very light. <br /> 6.)Temperature of green waste was 60F. Temperature range of ground waste was between 112F and 136F. <br /> Temperature range of windrows was between 130F and 144F. Temperature range of finished compost was <br /> between 138F and 150F. Temperature range of finished product was between 136F and 138F.Temperature of overs <br /> pile was 76F. <br /> 7.)
