Address: 500 E Louise Ave <br />Date: 3-30-23 <br />Record ID: PR0504201 / SR0086478 <br />Program: Solid Waste - borings <br />Witnessed work done as explained in the Site Investigation Work Plan — Trench 29 area, dated June 7, 2022. <br />Arrived on-site at 8 am, Sabra Ambrose of Cal Recycle was also on-site. The team took samples with a direct -push drilling rig. The C-57 <br />contractor was Penecore Drilling. The on-site geologist was Daniel J Villanueva, Advanced Geo, 837 Shaw Rd, Stockton, CA 95215. The <br />team performed soil boring in the following order: <br />We observed trace glass waste between 2-3 feet below grade in borings 1-5, 7-14. The boring depth was 10 feet of each boring. We observed <br />the most significant amount of glass in boring 13. We did not observe glass in borings 6 or 15. Daniel Villanueva took samples of soil below <br />the glass waste from all borings except 6 and 15. Daniel completed the sampling by 12:30 pm.
