Grade the area to promote lateral runoff of water and prevent future ponding. <br />x <br />20680 - Daily Cover <br />Comments: The site uses soil and tarps for cover. Operator moved operation from module 5B to module 4. <br />Uncovered solid waste was observed at the module 5B. <br />a. Ensure that all waste is completely covered. <br />x <br />20750 - Site Maintenance <br />Comments: Several depressions were observed in the green waste area. <br />a. Repair depressions. <br />b. Provide adequate site maintenance. <br />x <br />20820 - Drainage and Erosion Control <br />Comments: Observed several erosion channels at the module 5A and 5B. <br />a. Repair the erosion channels to prevent future waste exposure. <br />b. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG -13= 0% (all three probes), SG -9=0% (all three <br />probes). <br />B. The onsite litter was minimal. <br />C. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br />D. Because of the weather conditions some areas of landfill were not accessible for inspection. <br />E. Records maintained and up to date. <br />F. On and after January 1, 2018, a chipping and grinding operation or facility shall sample every 5,000 cubic -yards of <br />chipped and ground material produced and determine the percentage of physical contaminants greater than 4 millimeters <br />in the sample using a method that provides accurate results and has been approved by the LEA.
