On December 19, 2017 facility received <br />1221.70 tons and on December 21, 2017 facility received 1289.63 tons. <br />a. The North County Sanitary Landfill and Recycling Center shall not receive more than permitted capacity of <br />1200 tons per day without obtaining a permit revision first. <br />X <br />20510 - Disposal Site Records <br />Comments: On and after January 1, 2018, a chipping and grinding operation or facility shall sample every 5,000 <br />cubic -yards of chipped and ground material produced and determine the percentage of physical contaminants <br />greater than 4 millimeters in the sample using a method that provides accurate results and has been approved <br />by the LEA. If the chipping and grinding operation or facility produces less than 5,000 cubic -yards of chipped and <br />ground material in a 12 month period, the operator shall analyze at least one composite sample of chipped and <br />ground material produced every 12 month period (Title 14, Section 17862.1). <br />Volume records were not available during inspection. <br />Ia. Volume records should be available to the LEA for review. <br />X <br />20750 - Site Maintenance <br />Comments: Several depressions were observed in the green waste area. According to Operators Maintenance <br />Plan solid waste staff will monitor the green waste area weekly and make repairs to depressions as needed. <br />a. Repair depressions. <br />b. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG -21= 0% (all three probes), SG -10=0% (all three <br />probes). <br />B. The onsite litter was minimal. <br />C. The site was using a water truck for dust control. <br />D. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br />E. All other records maintained and up to date. <br />F.
