Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG -20= 0% (all three probes), SG -19=0% (all three <br />probes). <br />B. The onsite litter was minimal. <br />C. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br />D. Records maintained and up to date. <br />E. On and after January 1, 2018, a chipping and grinding operation or facility shall sample every 5,000 cubic -yards of <br />chipped and ground material produced and determine the percentage of physical contaminants greater than 4 millimeters <br />in the sample using a method that provides accurate results and has been approved by the LEA. If the chipping and <br />grinding operation or facility produces less than 5,000 cubic -yards of chipped and ground material in a 12 month period, <br />the operator shall analyze at least one composite sample of chipped and ground material produced every 12 month <br />period (Title 14, Section 17862.1). <br />Volume records should be available to the LEA for review. <br />F.
