Tracy, CA - Costco 658 Tracy WO#2485468-1 <br />Good afternoon, <br />To update the repair notification below: <br />While on site for this repair our technicians mistakenly cold -started the incorrect console. The console <br />cold -started at first was the one connected to the ISD. Upon realization of this our technicians then <br />moved over to the correct VR console and made sure to re -program the console connect to the ISD. <br />Monitoring Certifications were performed on both consoles and will be submitted once test results been <br />reviewed. <br />Please let me know if any further clarification is needed.. <br />Thankyou, <br />
