Grantline Rd. Tracy, CA - Costco 658 Tracy WO#2476266-1 - Repair Notification <br />Good afternoon, <br />We were at the site listed above on 3/1/24 due to multiple active degrade alarms. After troubleshooting the technician on <br />site found that the Veeder Root may have a bad ECPU2, NVMEM, v336.02 software P/N 331500-358 or a bad IS Barrier <br />board P/N 331500-001. If we end up replacing the ECPU2 and cold start will be performed. We are scheduled to be on <br />site for this repair tomorrow, 3/5/2024, after hours at 7pm to complete the repairs needed. <br />Since no permit will be required for this repair technicians will leave paperwork on site. I will also send in an update once <br />job is complete and send over the test reports needed once they've been reviewed. <br />Please let me know if you have any further questions. <br />Thank you, <br />
